You’re in the right place.
A place where you don't have to navigate life's hardest moments alone. Whether you're grieving a loss, facing anxiety, moving through a life transition, or feeling stuck, I want to give you the space to be heard, supported, and understood.
“Out of difficulties grow miracles.”

Hi, I'm Jeanine!
I'm a mom, a former teacher turned psychotherapist, and I'm so glad you're here.
My path into mental health has taken me across the country and around the world. I studied at Colby College and Simmons College and spent time living abroad in Spain, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher, an experience that taught me a great deal about people, relationships, families, and the many different ways we learn to navigate change.
Over the years, I've had the honor of sitting with people during some of the most difficult and uncertain moments of their lives. I've become especially drawn to supporting people through grief and loss, not only after the death of someone they love, but through the many other losses that can reshape a life.
Grief can come with the loss of a relationship, a marriage, a pet, a sense of identity, a career, a community, or the life you thought you were going to have. It can accompany illness, caregiving, infertility, miscarriage, changes in our bodies, or major life transitions. Some losses are recognized and supported by the people around us. Others can feel invisible or difficult to explain.
I believe grief isn't something we simply "get over." It's something we learn to carry differently over time. Therapy can provide a place to talk honestly about what you've lost, make sense of how it has changed you, and begin finding meaning and connection in the life that remains.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that there is no single right way to grieve. I want you to have a space where you don't have to minimize your loss, rush your healing, or pretend you're doing better than you are.
My experiences living, learning, and working with people from different backgrounds have also shaped the way I practice. I value curiosity, openness, and creating a space where people can bring their whole selves into the room. I am committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirming care and welcoming people of all identities and backgrounds.
Whether you're grieving someone you love, adjusting to a life you didn't expect, or trying to figure out who you are after a significant loss, you don't have to navigate it alone.
